The Boi’z Youth Foundation was established in 2019, since then the organization has been expanding continuously in terms of social development services. It has been working to restore hope among the less privileged and communities that have been affected by poverty, abuse, disease and other natural calamities through mobilization of resources and establishment of educational opportunities,

 The organization has among others (NGOs, societies) thrusts made a significant contribution to planning, action strategies and Human Resource Development in several areas.

The focus has been on the disadvantaged and marginalized section of societies, such as women, children, youths and people living with Disability. The Boi’z Youth Foundation has earned recognition as a Foundation of repute from different stake holders, Churches and various NGOs both at National and International Level. The Foundation contributing relevant education and Research work on how to improve the lives of the less privileged. On 3rd September, 2020 the Boi’z Youth Foundation was incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee. Boi’z Youth Foundation established its link directly with different well-wishers and its services throughout Ndola and the organization declare its work as “Non-Governmental Organization.”  The Foundation is registered under the Patent and Companies Registration Agency Act No 10 of 2017 (section 14).

VISION AND MISSION

 Vision:

  • Communities where the less privileged are empowered to improve their own livelihood through appropriate and affordable alternatives.

Mission:

  • To restore hope among the less privileged and communities that have been affected by poverty, abuse, disease and other natural calamities.

MAIN OBJECTIVE 

  • To raise a generation of change agents and nation builders.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES 

The Organization shall have the following specific objects: 

a)         To mobilize resources and establish educational opportunities for the less privileged and promoting good nutrition, advocating for good health services.

b)         To provide valuable and life changing mentorship to the less privileged.

c)         To facilitate the rehabilitation of traumatized individuals through sports, music, dance, and drama

d)         To support community-led initiatives with focus on using sustainable technologies to enhance development

e)         To Advocate and sensitize the less privileged about their rights and other preventable viral illnesses.

f) To work in partnership with the Government, non-Governmental organizations, community based organization, Faith based Organization and Donor community in assisting the less privileged.

DECISIONN MAKING

Boi’z Youth Foundation believes that the decision making is a key part of an (administration) Administrative body activities, it permeates through all management functions such as planning, organization, direction and control. Decision making involves thinking and deciding before doing and its part of our function. It keeps the view of our organization’s objectives, policies, program and strategies which helps in decision making process.
